May Day Tour & Items
Date: May 1st ~ May 7th
Items: May Day Ticket, Rover's Brief Case
May Day is just like Labor Day in Animal Crossing New Horizons: a special event takes place during a more unusual tour of the islands than usual, where a special character from other Animal Crossing titles returns and brings with him an exclusive reward!
On Animal Crossing: New Horizons, the May Day holiday is actually an event that we can participate in from May 1st to May 7th. Although you can complete everything in one day, let's keep in mind that you have, however, a whole week to be able to participate and get the prizes up for grabs, in particular Rover's Suitcase!
Mother's Day Event & Items
Date: May 9
Items: Thank-you Mom mug (TBA)
During the month of May, Animal Crossing: New Horizons also celebrates Mother's Day: throughout the month you can get an exclusive item related to this anniversary not available in the rest of the year!
During the month of May in 2021, the Thank-you Mom mug was available for purchase from May 1st to May 31st on the Nook Shop, on the occasion of Mother's Day, which is celebrated on the second Sunday of May in most states. We have no idea if Nintendo will still offer the Thank-you Mom mug to us or add brand items for Mother’s Day in 2021.
International Museum Day
Date: May 18th ~ May 31st
Items: Bug, Fish, and Fossil Stamps
The stamp race for International Museum Day is an event held during the second half of May: as the name suggests, the event focuses on the museum of our island and brings with it many exclusive prizes, obtainable only in this period.
The International Museum Day event is held on Animal Crossing: New Horizons starting May 18 and for nearly two weeks, until May 31. Therefore, although the name may be misleading, it is not an event that will last only one day: we have plenty of time to complete the various challenges and get all the prizes!
Wedding Season
Date: June 1st – June 30th
Items: Wedding furniture, wedding themed photos, wedding themed clothing and fashion items
Wedding season runs for an entire month from June 1st through to June 30th, and we'll see Rhys and Cyrus return to harvest island to celebrate their anniversary. Just like last year players are given the opportunity to decorate their wedding venue to earn heart crystals which can be redeemed against wedding furniture, and of course to take some gorgeous wedding themed photos. Now the wedding season event itself doesn't appear to have been refreshed, however a new seasonal holiday called June bride that runs alongside recent Cyrus's celebration is scheduled adding all new wedding items to the Nook Dtop including wedding bells, pillows, door plates, and flowers. Furthermore all new wedding themed clothing and fashion items will be added to the Able Sisters stock including a new hat.
