How To Unlock Cooking in ACNH 2.0 Cooking Update

1. Be sure to update your game to version 2.0.

2. Go to the Nook Stop Terminal which is located inside the Resident Services. Select redeem Nook Miles in the menu option. You will redeem “Be a Chep! DIY Recipes+” with 2,000 nook miles.

3. In order to start cooking, go to your Nook Phone to see the list of all the DIY recipes. You will gather all the ingredients to cook your desired meal, such as wheat, tomatoes, sugarcane, potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, and others.

2. Visit Kapp’n, and cost 1,000 nook miles to explore one island per day. Once you landed on a produce island which is fairly uncommon, the message in a bottle will have a recipe.
